Pin It!

Motivation Monday!

While I was doing my workout earlier I kept thinking oh this is too hard. I do not think I can do anymore. I pushed through and kept going. Guess what I was able to finish. I did not die, and my body did not give out. It was my mind that was saying I couldn't do it. Not my body. That is what we have to learn to move past. Our bodies will keep going long past our minds say. So when you are doing your workout keep going. You can do it! Your mind is telling you to stop, but your body will keep going.
