Since I did Throwback Thursday yesterday with my old pictures I thought I would do progress pictures on Fridays. I think seeing the difference between the two will help keep me motivated. I had an awesome workout today for the back and chest at the gym. I also did some things at home, burpees, wall sits, and pushups. It was a great workout today. Burpees are the things I love to hate. They are awful while doing them, but I feel fantastic when I am done. Go try some right now. I bet you will have the same relationship with them :)
